Jan ’08 – August ’10 | Marketing Communications Specialist
Forums administration, manage and write for the company blog, newsletter, Twitter, Facebook accounts, edit and draft messaging and handle copyright infringement issues. Produce videos for new products, authors, and internal communication.
June ’07 – Dec ’07 | Director / Producer for Lulu.Tv
Created original content for Lulu.Tv such as “This Day In Alternate History” – a daily web show nominated for Best Video Blog of 2007. Attended and captured conferences on video, created videos for internal presentations as well as corporate interviews and promotional videos.
July ’06 – June ’07 | Customer Service Representative
Assisted Customers with the publishing process through virtual Chat software and a ticketing system. Assisted manager, led weekly team meetings, identified site bugs, and updated the Help section of the website as needed.
